For those S13 owners who like me, either hate the electric seat belts or just want to swap the S14 manual belts for the heck of it. I myself got annoyed by the S13 electric belts choking my passengers and me at times.
SO I took action.
First, remove all the electric b/s. (lots of b/s)
So by now you're thinking, I don't want to be missing some interior panels because of the Manual belts or ... you're thinking I should buy Canadian interior pieces so it can be a clean install even though I'll spend a lot of $ get the Canadian parts and its a lot of trouble ... but not me.
(You’ll need a dremel)
First I cut the B Pillar panel (if that's what it's called) you'll have to cut enough to give the seat belt enough room to retract and move from side to side, I may have cut a tad too much, not bad for being the first panel I cut.

Next cut a circle hole the size of the bolt into the B Pillar panel. Also, the S14 seatbelt blot will not reach the hole in the body of the car to bolt the seatbelts secure, so take a trip to the hardware store and get a longer bolt.

This was the end result, I might get an extra panel and try and make it look more Sotck-ish .... But I'm ok with how it came out.

It's ready to hold me in ! !

It'd be nice if you could find the peice that actuall went over the seat belt hanger that had the plastic extension to hold the seat belt out for you. I saw a pic of it a while back, but can't remember where.
I know those are S14 seats, but what back seats are those? I noticed Red stitching???

Yeah thanks DooDs
Skyikchimp>> What plastic extension piece are you talking about ? Under the panels (you can't see it) is a plastic clip that holds the seat belts in-line, it clips to the body of the car, is that the piece you speak of ?

Whoa cool Kid Link (get it , link, zelda, i crack myself up <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> ) yea electric seatbelts aren't cool, i had them in my first car ever, a 1990civic... girls would be getting in my car and bend over to fix something and the seat would smack them in the face.. lol alotta crazy stuff...
Anyway dude, my main thing is, is that seatbelt functional? like does it tighten up when you press the breaks ? or did you jus make it so its tight all the time, cuz that kinda sucks....
good work though zelda, always cool to see people going at there cars with original ideas and custom ish

It does function properly.
It’s like those electric dog collars. The seat belts give you enough room to be comfy……. but once you start to drift away, (zaapp!<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> they hold you in place.

You know how some cars have the little circle peice on the seat that holds the seat belt near the driver? Well, there is a peice that connect just behind the cover for the seat belt hanger(peice you had to get a new bolt to hook to the body) and sticks out towards the seat 4-6 inches and hold the belt out. I think it was only on JDM S13's though.

lol.. that isn't really a new idea. This has been done LOTS before. Nice to pump up Kid's ego though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
It is nice work though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> I saw somebody on FA with the full JDM seatbelt conversion with the seat belt hanger thingy. Looks Real nice. They picked up all the peices while they were in Japan. Personally I think I could've found something better to do with my time in japan.. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
