Tranny swap help!!

Hey guys in march I had a tranny swap proformed on my 96 240. The swap was fine except the cel wont go off and now my inspection is up so i need to get it inspected. The code that keeps popping up is P0705. This is the code for the park/neutral position switch circuit. Can any body tell me what to do or how to turn off this sensor. By the way my swap was done by heavy throttle so it wasnt mickey moused. I got all the parts too.Manual(Driveshaft,ecu,lower engine harness,etc.) By the way they bypassed the clutch so that might be the problem. Just need to know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

if it's the neutral switch that's unplugged plug it up and wire it up, www.ka24development.com look at the tranny swap, hope that helps

just unplug the cel on the dash.

If the inspection includes plugging into the OBD 2 port the code will still come up.
