Could look decent if done right. Personally I'd say just wait for the Kouki's, if that's what you want anyway. Hopefully someone will post some pics and I can get an idea of how it will look. Then I can give you a better opinion.

dude... its just a difference between a hatch and a trunk, its not like it changes the whole car. use your imagination. its really not that hard. look at a coupe and pretend its a hatch, there's really not that big of a difference. christ people... gimme a break.

think of photoshop? Hell I messed around with MSpaint and that idea a while back and figured out that it would look bad on my maroon hatch, I kinda like the modified ebay kouki tails though.

I wasn't quite sure what you were asking for so I just photoshopped a few different ones. It's cleared out hatched tails with about a 50% tint on each, besides the one on the top left.... Hope this helps.

Edit: Upon rereading the thread I suppose you're thinking of leaving the amber in, correct? Well the tails are supposed to be really easy to clear... theres a writeup on one of the 240 forums... not sure which...

well in all honestly i really dont need / want to sell it.... but selling it barely out weighs the benefit of keeping the car.... i kinda got into a small debt with deadlines that i THOUGHT i could handle but turns out i really cant.... with this said im gonna go eat at outback steak house tonite, lol hence my financial situation =P
