DAVIS MEET- Nov 12

Alright, so stuff is mostly finalized for the Davis meetup, this year will promise to be much better than the ghetto one we had last time!

WHERE: dball33's house- PM ME (OptionZero) FOR THE ADDRESS. It is roughly 2 minutes from South Davis Safeways.

WHEN: Nov. 12, noon to 5 or 6pm

WHAT: pretty big suspension job on my s14 (steering rack, tie rod/ends, tc rod, coilovers, maybe brakes), shock/spring install on Turdz s14, maybe some work on dball33's Miata. We might have time to squeeze in really really minor work for others, but no guarantees at all. We do have some experience with s13/s14 suspension/brake/differential, so if you have questions maybe we can offer insight, we're all inthis to learn and enjoy 240's, right?

FOOD: We PROBABLY will have a grill, so bring meat! or at the least, bring some chips or cookies or takeout or something, we get hungry when we work!

DRIVE: If we got time, and it's still light out, we might be able to go for a drive, probably Lake Berryessa. I don't particularly want to take it at night, and there are cops on the weekends, so who knows. At the very least we can see if my new suspension parts do anything, haha.

PM'd you the address, if you got time i'd love to check out your STEALTH paint job, haha. Does the flat black reflect radar guns as well? U should try to get some paint from base that makes your car invisible, hehehe.

Haha...iono if it reflects radar or not. My roomie swears it does. Im like...its still metal, itll reflect radio wave no matter wut. Aircraft paint eh...haha...nah dood dont wanna go to jail for that shiet.

Anyways...ask around jon...see if anybody wants suspension. I'd say $100 and its theirs.

btw, Option and dball, we should just pitch in to buy a cheap small grill, those baby ones. Wal-Mart in Dixon is open 24 hrs now....yeee haaw! They have a new superstore there (supermarket) that's freakin insanely big.

dball, the lexus event was this weekend, and I didn't go because I had a late night and didn't feel like driving all the way to SF. damn...I dunno if I can make the meet though, I have a midterm next monday the 14th, and will probably go home for the weekend to visit the parentals.

Hahaha... I will be at a track day at Thunderhill on Friday. If it were Friday I'd drop by on my way back to the bay area. Haven't been back to Davis in a year.

haha well, it's a 3 day weekend..I might just go home on thurs night, come back Saturday and help you guys out. it's be nice to get a suspension swap on my car too, haha. my midterm on monday got pushed to wednesday too, so there's more reason to go.
