Dream240

I am selling my 92' 240sx SE because I am moving and I have no need for two cars anymore. I am a Nissan 240sx enthusiast and I have owned three of these cars over the past 5 years. I have done alot to correct the poor maintenance of the previous owner. I bought this car about two months ago and have loved every minute of driving it. It is an AUTOMATIC but that's really not an issue if your looking for a great base car to do an SR swap or now you can even get the 5-speed swap done for under 1000 bucks. Whatever your goals, this is a great base to start with.
It is an SE so it has power everything- windows, door locks, mirrors, moonroof(no leaks), Working cruise control, Active Speaker system, A/C(needs recharging), and the digital HUD gauge cluster. Car has 150,000 approx. miles. Runs great.
I have done all the maintenance to get the car up to spec: spark plugs, wires, dist cap/rotor, fuel filter, air filter, tranny fluid/filter service, differential service.
I installed a new Random Technologies high flow cat with new aftermarket gaskets.
I replaced both P/S return hoses with new factory hoses (these hoses are notorious for leaking, did on all 3 of my cars) and put in new P/S fluid.
I also replaced both outer tie rod ends and pass. inner tie rod end due to busted boots. I have also personally done a 4-wheel alignment/balance so that's done, no needless expense!!!
I serviced the front brakes, bled in NEW clean brake fluid, and installed Stainless Steel brake lines on all 4 wheels. Really makes the brake pedal nice and firm.
I have the manual seat belt conversion that will be installed on the car this week, so no more annoying auto seatbelts. I also have an extra dash that I will throw in because the current dash has a slight crack that's really not noticeable but I'm anal so I got another one to replace it.
I also installed a Panasonic 8400u deck with remote that sounds awesome combined with the active speaker system(built in OEM amps for front/back) I will leave this deck in the car for an extra 100 bucks. Since it's still brand new and a 300.00 value, this is a steal. you have to hear this system before you make up your mind. Really makes the long commutes tolerable.
I am pretty firm on the price seeing as how I paid 1750 for the car and it was in horrible running shape when I got it. This is really a steal considering some people are selling 89's for 3250!! WTF?? Which is extortion IMO.
This car will last you a long time if you just take car of it. Also I just did the smog today and the registration is good until May 2006, so the next buyer is all set for a while! I have alot of pics that I can email for serious buyers. Call me to set up a meeting to check out this beauty. Thanks for reading.
