I have an ARC Type 3 blow off valve for sale. It has an s13 pipe (that will fit in the hot pipe section of s13s). You can vent to the atmosphere or recirculate it. I will also throw in the recirculating hose that I bought for it (it's about 3 feet long).
I painted the top black. This BOV is in perfect working condition, with no leaks. I ran it at 11psi just fine.
I did have a problem with the BOV stalling when vented though. Problem was fixed after recirculated.
