manifold prob

ive got a redtop, and my turbo keeps coming loose from the mani, and i cant get to the back bolt on the side nearest the firewall.....all the others are tight by i cant get any tool back there nor will the bolt fit under the stud, bc the turbo housing is blocking it...anyone else have this problem? what should i do?

Your stock turbo and manifold 2 brackets for the nuts holding the turbo to the manifold. Its some kind of anti vibration bracket that prevents the nuts from spinning loose. Check to see if you have them, if not then you can get it at the dealer. I believe its like 5 bucks or so. Try Superior Nissan of La Puente or Courtesy Nissan.

hmm, no all i have are just the studs coming through w/ bolts and lock washers??? what do these brackets attach to?

DL the FSM for S14. Theres a locking plate picture on page 87. Didn't really know what to call it but if you don't have it, get it.

yeah make sure you put them up after you tighten the bolts...and it will prevent from the bolts moving...if you dont have those brackets.....woudnt be a bad idea to invest in them.
