I've read that the XS web site is out dated and the kit now has a T04 turbo? What are the specs on the kit? Who makes the wastegate that comes with it? etc...

here is the description I got from enjuku:

"XS Engineering Turbo kit for Nissan 240sx 95-98. Complete
bolt on kit producing 72% more horsepower to the rear
wheels! This bolt-on kit comes complete with a stout T3/T04
Hybrid turbocharger, rugged cast iron exhaust manifold, an
external wastegate, a 2.75" intake and 2.25" intercooler
piping, and HKS Super Mega Flow air filter, Vortech FMU,
and all necessary oil lines and fasteners. Produces 240
horsepower at 6.5psi boost on stock internals."

I think it also comes with an intercooler as well.

XS Turbo Kit Install Topic (http://www.zilvia.net/forums/cgi-bin/topic.cgi?forum=2&topic=1697)

Visit that topic, there's plenty of info there. Try doing a Search, I'm not sure if there was anything else covered in the recent past.

Not going by XS-Engineering's web site because it's supposidly out dated. Does the turbo kit come with a T04 or a T3/T4 turbo? Someone that had a kit recently installed please.

I'm sorry, I know I'm not what you asked for, since I installed my kit a year and a half ago. Howmsoever, the turbo I got was a T4, not T3/T4. The turbo they picture on their website is a T4, not a T3/T4, even though they claim it is. I'm no "turbo guru", but the difference is glaring. Also, T3 turbines are not available with an on-center housing, so it would be very difficult, at best, and probably impossible, to fit a T3/T4 into a 240 using a Revhard manifold. Accept it: the thing is some flavor of T4.

Thanks for your help, I was hoping it was a T4 cause that's what I want.
