NEED HELP w/ TEIN HE's!!!

ok i just got some HE's for free! very happy. but i dont like the way it feels right now. anyone know how i can reset them to full soft so i can set them 2 my needs. ive read on the TEIN website that u can turn both rear and front 12clicks counterclockwise from the hardest setting. how can i find the hardest setting? do i turn it clockwise until it stops completley. ive heard that sum TEIN suspension will continue 2 turn clockwise without stopping. do the HE's have this issue?

Turn all the way to the left would be softest and all the way to the right would be stiffest. I can clicks my 24 times...I don't know the reason why.

ok so when i trun it all the way counterclockwise 2 the softest setting will it stop turning letting me kno that its on the softest setting?

I enjoyed my settings 10 clicks from softest in the front 8 clicks from softest in the rear. Eliminated the bouncy feeling of having them too soft, firm and controlled. 16 clicks from softest is gold when you aren't driving in a straight line. Man up and run them bitches full stiff.
