Hey guys,

well... I've browsed like the last 15 pages on here and got some good info. I'm looking to buy a S13 since my poor rx7 died last winter. My question is more about support for the 240 in T-dot. Is there anyone around here who specalizes in 240's... with mods and such? Or do I have to import everything from the U.S. and pay the loving $300 just for S&H? .. Any good 240 mechanics around? ... I had to specalize with the rx7.. since it was rotary.. the other mechanics are clueless. My main focus here is saving money, and finding a reliable mechanic... I'm a struggling college student.

Anyway... if anyone can help me out with this, or knows anyone selling a 92 or 93 S13 SE lemmie know.

Thanks in advance,

NC

sorry...club website is not working at the moment...try http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SON240sx/ ...join the group, and post away on messages...theres tons of messages daily!

As for your question about support in T.O., theres plenty! It just all depends on your wallet if you want someone else to do it. Or you can do it yourself, and many of us in the group are willing to help out.

There is also a big meet on May 25, come check it out!

more important than a specialized mechanic is a reliable one, many of the issues with the 240 are straight forward enough for any decent mechanic to tackle.

i have been to a few shops that are very reliable and have not had any problem with such things as (brake cylinder, N1 dual install. siper motors and minor worries)

for the bigger jobs (timing chain etc.) go to the nissan dealerships, they are crazy learned < and have been xtremely helpful 4 me

also, ontario is the cheaest place in the world to buy a 240sx, so go get her

I recommend RT Motorsports. I went there for my Sr swap and they did a great job. they are located at Jane and 7.
