that is the easiest to install and cost effective ?

Does it provide any advantage over the stock ?
Is that what causes some boosted cars to make that loud "psssshhhhh" sound when not accelarating

all bov's have to have a flange welded on to your intercooler piping so install is pretty much the same for all.. some have 2 vacuum nipples, others have only 1.

Now, if you want to keep it sounding quiet, recirculate it, that requires more welding because you have to have an inlet on your intake pipe for the vented air to be recirc'ed into.

if you don't understand this, don't go turbo

i'm running the blitz dd open. It sounds perfect for me, no leaks and problem free at the moment.

The sad part is the people who don't understand turboed vehicles always have to be the ones with the cash. Hooking it up all fast and such, and when asked what type of xxx and xx you have. The answer is usually the same. I don't know xxx shop told me it would be best to have x brand with x brand/ parts.

Why not just tell him what he wanted to no?
1.Yes It does even crappy nockoffs
And explain Why
2.Yes, your stock BOV\Bypass leaks although it's a controlled leak, if you cram enough air it will soundoff

Yeah tell me kill myself or something more lame like buy a honda Oh and I have like three post or something but Im still the Chief

hey kiddies, i have a honda. and i can dig it. i also have a tial bov. it goes whooshh! or, it will if i ever get this car running. read up on the function of the bov, because obviously as others have pointed out, you the funtion backwards in your head. not meaning to sound like a dick here, im just looking out. greddy, hks, tial, blitz, turboxs. those are the most popular. for most, its a sound prefrence.

this for example, is the ever so popular HKS SSQ (super sequential valve)

The reason for the mockery of our friend that started this thread is that if he would have searched I am sure he would have found his answer...and not using the search funciton is the pet peeve of most long time zilvia members.

As for you being the "Chief" good luck with that we are all counting on ya

speaking of the search function, lets flame the one whom asks a ? then when someone seaches they find all the questions they shouldn't ask, but no answers.... Questions like these allways get opinions, but what he wanted to know was not "which aftermarket BOV" but in fact "Is that what causes some boosted cars to make that loud "psssshhhhh" sound when not accelarating" look at the stucture of his post clearly cut and pasted the last line under first two no gap between second ? in case you can't see.

? do a search for replacement 02sensor for RedTop Sr20det... What they really want is PepBoys Autozone Advanced Auto replacements this is clearly to much research for someone whom lives in a fast food country, you know to cross reference parts and such, Atleast you guys stay consistent

Nice job with the coherent sentences. At least you're consistent with that.
Punctuation is your friend.

NemeGuero i luv u
I DID answer the thread starter's question
Yes you did, but if his questions was really about the installation of a BOV and sound then you would need to know his setup like is he stock, he might want a better BOV at stock location, weld on or clamp the possibilties are ennnnnnnndless but you did answer the thread starter's ?
