who here owns a moto razr? i was just wondering if you guys found out how to download mp3's to the phone??

You need the usb to Palm-type connection cable, and you'll need a software called Mobile Phone Tools. Motorola sells the package for like $50 or something on their website. Or you can buy the cable at your local electronics store and get the software seperately from the parent company (forgot who). The later is of course the cheaper route.

what do you mean by the parent company??? would radio shack work?

Or if you have a bluetooth connection to your computer, the cable isn't needed. Just drag and drop, after pairing or course.

Oh yeah, bluetooth works as well. You just need the dongle or whatever it's called.

Mobile Phone Tools is a software distributed by Motorola. A different company actually developed the software and it's cheaper if you go directly thru them. Although, I forgot their name and website, I think I found my way to it by clicking around Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools page.

The free RAZR deal is so misleading. You have to wait no earlier tha 180 days to redeem the rebate, and you only have like a 20-30 day window to send the rebate in.

i have a razr but i didn't know that I could put MP3s on it. ok so how do you put videos on it? the only video i have is the one that came with the phone...
