sup guys. i have 2 12" mtx 8000s in a dual bandpass box all powered by a lanzar viberant 1400 watt amp. a clarion head unit and pioneer 6x9's in the front. it hits harder than i hit my g/f. i was just wondering what kinda systems you fellow 240sx owners got.
I have an Alpine HU w/ tapedeck, stock amps and stock speakers, with a 6 disc Alpine changer in the trunk that came with the car when I bought it. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> It hits about as hard as a 10- year-old car stereo.

Don't have it all installed yet, but here is the stuff I will be running soon:
MBQ RSC 216 components up front (installed)
MBQ DKD 4x6's rear fill (installed)
2 Infinity Perfect 12.1's (sitting in bedroom waiting for box to be built)
1 JBL 600.1 mono amp for subs (still in transit from IKESound)
1 JBL 180.2 for the comp's. (also collecting dust waiting for box, and amp rack to be finished)
1 Farad Lightning Audio Capasitor (in transit along with Wiring and terminals from Sound Domain)
Nakamichi MB-75 6-disk in-dash CD changer (installed)
I like my music Very loud, but Clean and Clear. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
I'm build a custom box and amp rack for the hatch. Will have plexi over the amps, and carpet all over the place. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I'm getting my 2 12's to fit with the deck in place. They will have 1 ft^3 of airspace each in the custom box. It's real basic rectagular design too. exterior deminsions are 41x15x9
JC240 - Those ID Max subs are badass. If I had to choose b/w that and the eclipse it would be the IDMAX.

all kenwood components except subs:
kenwood in dash cd player (45X4) running:
pair of 1" dome tweeters in front on doors and
pair in back on the roof pillars
3.5" midrange speakers in stock location in doors
4X6" two way speakers in stock location in back
two channel, 300W amp pushing:
two 12" JLAudio subs in a bandpassbox(yeah, i know i should have more power pushing the subs but i'm yanking the bandpass out and getting a single 12" box and just running one sub when i get back to the states) i have a hatchback and i took the backseat cushions out and folded the back part down. the bandpass sits right between the rear struts and is facing backward and the bass resonates in that whole big area back there...it hits rather hard though.
