Need to replace o2 sensors/ injectors

Sorry for asking a noob question. I came to this board confident that i wouldn't get flamed... hope i'm right. How many o2 sensors does my car have (ka24e) and where exactly are they? Also, what is the difference between MPI fuel delivery and L-jetronic fuel delivery? I want to replace my injectors but i do not know which to get because i do not know what type of fuel delivery i have. Please help. thanks

1 o2 sensor. umm cant remember off the top of my head but i think its on the exhaust manifold or possible upper area of downpipe. Not 100% sure.
