Hey Guys,

First off this is my setup,

I have a 97 KA24DET
Stock MAF
purple SR20 370 injectors
T3/TE04 turbo
RRFPR
SAFCII
warbo 255lph
currently running 4psi

My car was running with 4psi with a RRFPR and I never had any problems with it. I add my SAFC yesterday, zeroed everything out and it was working like a charm. So today I installed my 370 injectors and that is when everything went to shit. All I should have to do is zero everything out and it should run like it had my old injectors (-27 for Hi and Low). The problem is I start my car and it dies or bog really hard very quickly. If I try to give it some gas and keep it going then I can get it to idle.

If you have any idea's please let me know.

Thanks, Lantin.

if it bogs, it could be the ignition. im just throwing out a guess so dont get mad if its wrong, just trying to help.

my guess would be:

either 1. injectors are bad
2. air/fuel arent set correctly
3. check ignition...bogging is usually caused by lack of combustion. mess with timing and see what happens.

it could also be that one or more of the injectors are stuck, you may need to have them cleaned and i would recomend flowtesting. i work for www.deatschwerks.com which is a sponsor here and we have pretty good prices, just check out the site and shoot us an e-mail if you want them cleaned/flowtested.

Check all of the o rings, and the -27% isnt just a pkug and play thing, its going to be way less then -27% at idle. You need a dyno tune, or at very least a street tune w/ a wideband.

You had 370's before? and you bought new ones right? or did you install the SAFC and then add 370s? 'cuz that could be your problem.

I suggest unplugging the SAFC and see if it fixes your problem, and then reinstall it after
