bolt from s14 fender to bumper??

ok so here is my situation. i had to replace a fender 2 years ago on my s14. the kouki fenders have a little plastic thing for the screw that holds the bumper to the fender (right in front of the wheel well) to screw into. my replacement fender did not have that. so i had to use a nut and a bolt. it repeatedly comes loose. i now am using a ziptie, but cant get it tight enough to keep it from skaking.

what can i do to resolve this?

go to lows or home depot and go to the hardware area. they have that plastic anchor and screw.
i was at lows finiding nuts and bolts when i opened up a drawer that had automotive screws. I was pretty amazed.
the screw has a round head btw.

Or use a nut and bolt like before, but a nylock nut, the kind with a nylon insert in it. That won't back out under any circumstances.
