Getting out of the 240sx craze, sick of all the drifting hype and extra attention my car has been getting! Will trade for a 91+ mr2 or 5k cash firm, somebody go wreck my car into a telephone pole or curb! (Why the 5k firm)

1991 240sx Hatchback
Gunmetal Grey/Black Grey Interior (leather)
135k Miles
5spd, good clutch and transmission
New tires and 16x7 rims, eibach springs/KYB GR-2 Struts
Leather interior, overall good condition, dash is perfect, carpet is good.
New clutch master cylinder
Excellent paint, runs perfect, does not burn oil, no oil leaks.
2nd owner, well maintained.
Bumpers are slightly faded, look at pics, 1 MINOR DING IN DRIVER DOOR, NO OTHER DENTS OR REPAIRS
Typical minor rust under spoiler.

this is s13 hatchback 5spd dohc, you know the market arent they worth like 10,000? No seriously this car is worth 5k to me, because the only thing I would trade it for is a 2nd gen mr2, that is it, nothing else. I bought this car from the original owner and babied it all its life, love it like a child. Cash price is so high because I dont want cash, I want a trade.

Yep I paid $2500 for my grey 240sx a few years ago from the original owner, also just bought a 1991 for 1500$ that had 150k on it. KBB on a mr2 is only $300 more than my 240sx.
Yep I am hoping to sell mine and buy a s14 or maybe a mr2, this whole posting and the high price is because I know somebody is going to buy my baby and wreck it.

I want a mr2, decent 91 N/a go for 3500-4500 with a blue book value of 2500
Decent 240sx 91 go for 3000-3500 with a kbb of 2200

5k can get you a 240 wit SR...and your not gonna get a MR2...well maybe a 89 supercharged one.

Try using something other they KBB. I'm getting 1,900 for a 1991 240SX, while the very undesirble 1991 MR2 is at 3,200. Well over 30% more. MR2s are not nearly as common as 240s, costed more new and are pretty much the only mid-enigne car out there other than the Feiro for under 10k. :axe:
