Need Help in moorpark

Hey anyone in or around moorpark wanna help me ID the problem in my car? s13 SR was running fine, changed an injector and ran for a day. now cranks but doesn't start. Cylinder 1 filled with gas and when i crank, it sound like it hits something really hard then stops.
