Sr20det Won't Crank!

installed Zenki s14 SR20DET into my 95 240. It won't crank! Powers getting through. Checked for power with the test light. Seems fine, but wont crank at all. Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

When you turn the key can you hear the starter solenoid click? If not your wiring is wrong or the starter is bad. Also use a volt meter cause a test light will pick up very small voltage which won't be enough to turn the engine over.
