View Full Version : Inlet/Outlet sizes on sr20det

I just want to confirm the diameters of certain IN/OUT's on stock sr20det.

What is the outer diameter of the TB?
What is the outer diameter of the Inlet to the stock T25?
The outlet from the T25 I know for a fact is 2".

Only post if you know for a fact. TIA...

Inlet Is 2.5 Inches But The Stock Metal Pipe I Believe Reduces To 2", And The Throttle Body Is 60mm (so Just Shy Of 2.5").

Are you talking about the T28 because there is no metal pipe on the stock S13 SR20. This is the intake we're talking about and it comes rubber stock. I'm pretty sure the intake inlet to the T25 is 2.5" but just wanted to confirm. Thanks for confirming the TB diameter BTW.

THE INTAKE ON THE T25 HAS A METAL PIPE THAT BOLTS TO THE FLANGE THEN THE RUBBER HOSE IS CONNECTED TO IT. ITS 2.5" BUT I BELIEVE WHERE THE RUBBER CONNECTS TO THE METAL IT BOTTLENECKS TO 2".

YOU SEE THE FLANGE ON THE INTAKE.... A METAL TUBE BOLTS TO THAT.

THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE T25 ONE BUT THE THE T25 IS REDUCED TO A SMALLER DIAMETER ON THE NONFLANGED END

No shit. I only thought that T28 have the flange and T25's look like this...

EDIT: I just looked at some pics and they do have the flange. So what diameter is the pipe at the end of the flange?

incorrect t-25 has a bolt on pipe on it on the S13 SR

at the end of the pipe it is 2.5 inch it does not neck down

That would be a GT2871R... I believe all of nissan's t25/t28 turbos had a bolted flange on their inlet/outlet pipes.
