Pics of my new Project S13!!!

Hey all......just picked her up about three weeks ago. She runs great, body is in good shape except for some major rust along the top of the roofline (where the windsheild meets it). and mechanically is sound. It's gonna be down for about 6 mos whilst I collect parts, pull the motor, and then send it off for paint, but it'll look a thousand times better when I'm all done....

Interior shot....it's absolutley spotless....center console is out cause I'm doing a short shifter this week.

And two shots of the motor.....harness has been pulled back cause within the next few weeks I'm pulling it, tearing it down and replacing anything neccessary and removing all the emissions crap (among other things)....engine bay also is getting sprayed as well.

never ask for a pwning from the mods...trust me ...btw if your pulling the motor and its going out for paint and wont be running for 6 months blah blah blah then why are you bothering to install a short throw shifter =]

Wasn't neccessarily asking to be p3wned by the mods. Just stating that if they saw fit....to go ahead and close the thread. I didn't have the time this morning (or during the rest of my day for that matter), to redo my post in the picture thread......I shall remember next time.

And in regards to the short shifter issue...I was just giving an excuse so as to explain why the center console was out. I of course won't do the shifter until everything is back together.

DrIvEsldEwAyS: Not doing a swap. Just after carefully looking at the car and underneath it for that matter (was sooooo much grime from various leaks), that I decided it would be easier to just pull the motor, replace everything that needed replacing.....as well as gicing it a massive cleaning and repainting while it was out. Killing all kinds of birds with one stone sorta thing....and in the end will hopefully be cost effective.

Only reason as to why I'm wasting my time on this, is I will be transporting my kids with this car over the next few years (wel...seems that way for now)...that and it enables me to have a reliable DD so as to start tearing down my S14....for an entire rebuild.....

...as if we COULDN'T figure out the pictures on our own. Really tho, if you didnt mention that was the interior I was under the initial impression that it was a close up on the brake calipers.... :hammer:

It must have taken you at least 5 min. to type this response. Possibly faster if you are a good typer. However the time it took you to type that response was more then enough time to edit your original post, and lock your thread. The fact that you didn't close or edit almost looks like blatant disregard. However I am giving you the benefit of the doubt, and simply locking this myself and deleting your pictures.
