Wiring info for JDM S14 Turn Signal / Side Marker

Has anyone figured out how to wire the JDM Kouki turn signals so they function as a side marker, and when signaling left or right, have them blink on and off? I've thought about it a bit using a relay, but my idea conflict when having the side markers off and having the signals blink (make sense if you know what a relay does). Any input?

If you use a relay it'll blink alternately from the blinker, you can use the normal ground wire and run the power to the same whip as the signal light. Best off stripping the casing back, and test it with a multimeter to see if the car relays(blinks) the ground or the power wire and wire it accordingly
