can anyone list procedures to replacing dual pressure switch? are there any precautions being that its on the liquid tank? thanks.

Dual pressure switch?

Never heard of it. There's a triple pressure switch on the A/C drier, it will release refrigarant if removed though. If you're fast you won't empty the system but it will need refilling.
