s13 dohc vs s14 dohc distributor...

I was wondering if you could use a s13 dohc distributor on a s14. The reason why im asking is because it would make upgrading to a msd ignition a lot less troublesome since the s13 dohc distributor has a external coil, vs having to modify the s14 dohc distributor since it has a internal coil.

a few ka-t guys have done it for the same reason. the only writeups ive seen used the s13 dist/ignitor, aftermarket coil, and some stuff from a junked s13 (dist plugs).

Cut the plugs off a 13 harness and wire it right in. Easy.
