I'm getting ready to take out the SR out if its original clip and i'm finding that both mounts are hard to get to. The Driver side has the turbo in the way and the passenger side has the oil filter but if i remove that, i'll have ample room. My question is, how did you guys get to the driver side mount?

thanks in advance

its really easy, a jack, some jackstands, ratchet an extension and a 14mm socket, and som muscle. take you 10 minutes

well there seems to be alot of pressure there. They don't want to budge even with an impact. Anyone else have this problem? I'm resulting to cutting it but theres alot of crap in the way.

Here's my 2 bits in this. I find I get more torque out of a breaker bar I bought for $9.99 at the local parts store. I tried an impact gun on my 240's suspension with 400 lbs and came up with nothing.... Broke out the breaker bar with the right socket and came off with a little elbow grease. If that doesn't help, try tapping the handle of the bar with a hammer.... not too much, don't want to damage the tools. I installed everything I have using a breaker bar and a basic socket set. I'd say it's your best bet over an impact gun, in my opinion.

well, i did use a breaker as well and still no luck. I just went for the bolts on top and easy pickins. Had to move some stuff, but it worked out at the end.
