Need To Upgrade T3 NOW

I have a T3 that has a bad oil seal. I dont feel like doin the work so where can I send it to be repaired and posably upgraded.... This MUST BE DONE FAST. I NEED the car by May 4. I live about an hour away from philly PA so somewhere close would be prefered....
