I'm having a shop install my ruca's soon along with a ss clutch line. I told them about the clutch dampener and asked if they could remove that while they're at it and they guy working on my car seems kinda skeptical about not needing any other parts and says I would need a bypass line or something. I remember seeing a how to on its removal but I can't find the link (I searched). So my question is if you just bend the hard line around you don't need anything else and it will just bolt right up to the softline correct? Or if someone could provide me with a link that would be great. Thanks.

i forgot the link but yeah just bend the hard line, and the ss line is long enough to reach. nothing else to it

you should just tell the guy to not worry about the install it will take you 10 minutes and you can just bend the hard line in a way you prefer.

No need to shorten the hard line.
