why does my "search" not work?? it always brings me to the ikonboard error page... is it just me?

No, this is happening to everybody.  Yes, it is a known issue.

yea cuz i'm new to the forum, so i asked a few questions that most likely been asked to death by other newbies, but the search wasn't working... but the majority responds by "use the search" ...

Mike, NO ONE RESPONDS SAYING "use the search" BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW IT DOESN'T WORK.


The forum Administrator is working on getting this fixed. You can always browse through pages and look for information that way. You'll learn more than you want that way.
