hey zilvians, i got a couple thigs to sell:

1. JDM Bomex 180sx Sideskirts part# UAD-005
Condition: Used but perfectly fine, has been repatched due to minor cracks. everything seems perfect except it needs paint. it has been primered lightly black, not too much. but the shape and etc. is perfect.

2. JDM unknown brand sideskirts.
Condition: perfect. has been primered white, only needs paint. the fiberglass seems its VERY strong. nice composition.

Condition: Minor scratch, old skool style: circular. works great, still holds ther car like a champ.

i truly have no idea how long its been used, because it was from my JDM clip, but to me it looks perfect. no sign of bent or anything. only a few scratches.

it wont cost you more than $30-40 to ship those b/c they aint heavy.
people charge $140 shipping on ebay for f/r bumpers+skirts and they still make money on the shipping too...

Have you ever shipped irregular things before?

$150 IS on the high side but I wouldnt be surprised if shipping was like $50-$70. Thats in a box, though. If you wrap them in bubblewrap (fyi ritz/wolf camera is a good place to go for free bubblewrap) and tape them up real good shipping would probly then be around $30, but they couldnt put any insurance on it because its knowingly being 'improperly shipped'

For what its worth, i cut up 2 bycicle boxes and wrapped them around an 80's VW Golf front bumper and tried to ship it to someone on eBay and the shipping cost was around $100, not because of weight but because of irregular size. they tried to encourage me to ship freight. UPS trucks arent all THAT big inside, especially when theyre filled up with smaller easier to handle stuff.

on a box 60x15x15 (inches) w/ 15lbs of weight it came out to be around $45 shipped from his city to my door, give or take another $10 bux, IMO shipping it is doable, but I guess he doesnt wanna ship so forget it... :w00t:

yes, what you calculated is right $44 for 60 inches x 15 inches x 15 inches, but the point is that the length is 72 inches, instead of 60 inches. that length of 72 inches is barely the item itself, not including the thickness of the box, also it is considered an oversized item. and the height is 15 inches, and width is about 30 inches (2 sideskirts = 2 x 15= 30 inches) and on that, they dont offer ground. only Air. and the least amount that i found was $377 for 2nd day air. that is why i dont want to ship these unless you can put some deposit and ill hold them for you untill you come and pick it up yourself.

i would ship them if you would pay that much for it. but IMHO, its not worth it for you to pay that much. :)
