how much could my friend's 1992 ka24de be sold for? it's auto.. don't really expect much.. but we're wondering how much someone would be willing to pay, or how much it'd be worth. we're planning to get rid of it.

I paid 300 for mine, and another $50 for the guy to deliver to me 40 miles away.

yeah i know, but my friend is just planning on swaping out his entire motor/tranny for my other friend's setup (a 93 ka24de that's manual). 5 speed, also the engine 'seems' to pull alot harder.

I paid $75.00 for my KA...but i pulled it and transported it myself. These motors usually don't go for more than 300, unless you buy it from one of those fuck head salvage yards. I called one of those fuckers up and he said he wanted 400 bucks for a 140k mile motor + PLUS my motor!!! What a fucking joke. The bottom line is, your not gonna make a whole lot of money selling a used KA. (unless its built)
