I am aware.
Must be real cheap, cause you probably could have the materials and the welding done for next to nothing.

tell u what ill send u the flange and you make me a hotpipe that will "work better" than this that is less than $35 and ill take it, when all i had to pay was $1.50 for glue... i dont give a shit how it looks, what works works, and im not going to make a hotpipe when i have plans for a different turbo setup... so ill rock this frankenstein for now :)

Deal.
PM me for mailing address.

you serious? that would be sweet, i dont know anyone here who does custom welding jobs cheap... i had to pay $30 just to have my turbo to manifold bolts tackwelded down... a 30 second job...
well i'd do it however the flange's pipe extension is cut really low, really short, theres only about three quarters to an inch of pipe to use... would i need to get a new flange?
can you weld?>
Macadoshus

Yes I am serious.
You send me the flange and 30 bills, you did give me a $35 budget, and I will get it done. I don't weld, well I kinda do but not enough to call it welding or you to want it on your car, but my pseudo business partner Nate does and his shit is the sickness so you will definitely get your money's worth and then some.
The flange sounds like it should be fine to me, if you want post a pic and I will verify.
Because this involves me calling in a favor this is a one time deal, so anyone else who wants this done I don't know that I can help.

ya know, if you tap and thread the pieces you could have a pretty good setup that'll actually seal well and look nice.
if you didn't wanna weld.

Can you all grow the fuck up. This isn't rocket science here.
Buy this:
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ATP-FLA-004&Category_Code=FLA
It's a modular aluminum weld-on GReddy BOV flange.
Then, cut and grind off whatever nipple you have on the pipe now, and weld the new one on.

its not that.. why would i spend a bunch of money on an aluminum hotpipe when it Adds no power, increases No air flow, functions the same, and as far as my future plans are concerend would be a waste of money.
And since when does a Blow off valve add power, increase air flow, and as far as your plans should be considered that was a waste of money. F*in rice mods i tell ya!

have you heard of compressor surge before? or are you too much of a :newbie: ? Do you know what compressor surge does to a 12 year old non-rebuilt turbo on 14lbs of boost in a matter of three months? I doubt you'd know...
go post whore somewhere else bitch, what you just said is totally off topic and GAY

See that's the thing I don't get. You know and understand all these things about your car, but still do stupid little band aid tricks to fix it. It's like seeing dog shit on the road before you and still stepping in it.

Wow Sepulchral. Don't get all butthurt and edit your post. People are right. You shouldn't trust standard rubber to the heat and pressures of "holding on the $150 piece" duty. The ATP flange is aluminum or steel, depending on what you need, and it would cost $30 to weld it together.
