So the weather is finally good enough up here for us to start having some events, this event was at Shannonville Motorsports Park which is about 2 hours east of toronto, we were running the Nelson circuit while a subaru club was running the fabi circuit just beside us. They felt stupid because they couldn't make pretty smoke with their cars sideways.
We all had tons of fun, the only casualty was a fully sponsored S13 (guy works for speed channel) he hit the wall after losing control of the car (tank slapped) due to his hand out the window - baller status? Not this time.
My friend pavel with the purple coupe was probobly the best guy out of the day, very consistant and balls out all day, it was great stuff.
Watch out you yanks we're comin :fawk: Next season hopefully there will be some real Canadian talent competing down in the states.

The diagram sucks ass, corners 3 and 4 are pretty much the same angle, and you cant quite make it between the two, even bombing in. So its best to late apex the first corner sway the other way and then hit 4. Towards the end of the day pavel and I were sway drifting down the straight into the 5th corner which is a very hard corenr to drive you need to apex it very late or it will run you off the track. The next straight is a bit too long to sway the whole thing, but you come up to a hairpin which you can take a lot faster than you think. From that hairpin all the way to the straight can be connected pretty easilly, however I kept spinning because instead of lifting off for the decreasing radius I kept braking, and spinning. They didn't let us do corner number one because its too high speed, and an off there leads you into a pretty wall.
Ok so now that you guys know how the track is layed out some picsss
