electrical problem??

my wield shield wipers...they turn on but they wont shut off!!!...ill get lucky if they do..its prettie embarassing driving around with the wipers on and the SUN is out...i usually jus have to unplug the motor....i checked the fuses..all good...i replace the motor...still keeps up..and the switch?...its brand new and came with the car....wat the frek can it be....HELP here PLEASE

usually its the control module on the steering column itself its held on by 2 bolts, get anoter one and replace it, usually that fixes the problems of closing and opening a circuit.
