That all depends on what your definition of flush is, what size tire you use, how much camber you have, how low your car is, etc. It may not be yours or my optimal setup, but for somebody else it could be just what they're looking for.
Anyway, to the seller, good luck with the sale.

No, actually Webster did a good job of describing the word for us:
flush(p): of a surface exactly even with an adjoining one, forming the same plane; "a door flush with the wall"; "the bottom of the window is flush with the floor"

Even with a 235 in the front (8" wheel) it's not close to "flush" with the fender. Like I said I have a set of GT-C's I run to drift on which are the same specs as his are. Anyways, The point being is, reguardless of what anyone is looking for he is misinforming potential buyers by saying they are flush, especially since they are "brand new" he has no clue if they are flush if he never even put em on his car.

18x9 + 18 (which is what you'd have with a 20mm spacer) should be pretty close to flush. I have 17x9+14 all around and they stick out in the front and flush in the back. I agree with Revat. Bump.

Actually, NO. To me flush is how my front wheels are: 17x9 +5 with a 215/40 or 45 tire and -3 degrees of camber. IMO, thats flush. To some people thats too extreme and sticks out. To them its NOT flush. Maybe they prefer a more conservative set up, for example 17x8 +30 with a 225 or 235 and less camber. So like i said, it DOES depend on what your definition of flush is. The definition is subjective when dealing with wheel size and preferrence. Why is that? Because everybody has their own opinion and opinions differ from person to person! Thank you, come again.

My apologies to everyone that has viewed this thread, I did not want to cause conflict on this forum so I've edited my original post.
The majority of people on this forum are more hardcore than I am, so yes, my definition of flush does differ from others. A buddy of mine had the same wheels with same offset on his S14 and to me it looked good, but thats just me. :duh:
Sorry again.

I'm with Chris, they won't be flush. His wheels with the 20mm spacers are almost perfect...so I know these wheels without spacers won't be flush... Anyway, neither here nor there now, the post has been edited. Good luck with the sale!

we don't get the luxury of choosing the meaning of pre-existing words in the english language. maybe we should start a thread on the misuse of the afformentioned word.
