Im pretty interested...how does it compare to the stock sidemount, and say a greddy Vspec front mount though?

it much better than the stock side mount. It is bigger in every dimention. If you do the math figures, the core volume isn't as great as a GReddy FMIC. However there are advantages, such as the fact that it is a side mount, it has quick spooling time. When i went from ARC SMIC to GReddy FMIC, there was a difference in boost time. What's great about this is its so sleeper.. most ppl will look for FMIC and if htey dont see one they assume its either NA or just stock pos side mount... until they get wooped by one running on 13psi. It flows real good through the coils too. If you dont use a mud guard, the wheel turning acts as a vacuum sucking air as the air passes through the IC. great intercooler... and 250 is a killer price, i would jump on it if i had another SRed 240. Keep in mind.. this is made by ARC! Best in the business over in Japan land.
