I just had my head redone and am trying to reinstall it. But the idler sprocket seems to be sitting barely too low for the bolt to go back into the head. Could the chain have jumped? Or is there just something that iam missing?

make sure to push in the lil plunger while you are doing it. it keeps the chain from moving any otherwise.
the idler sprocket has always been a pain to me to get to thread into the weak material aluminum. i shreaded the threads on my head and now have to use heli-coil.
