Two questions, first anyone know the fuel capacity of an S13 coupe, and second, how hard is a timing chain replacement on the ka?Dual cam, KA24de.

Stock fuel cap is 17.2 gallons. So, with our lovely CA gas prices, it'll b 45bucks to fill her up. Its not THAT hard. EntryLevel to moderate knowledge of cars is all thats needed. Its a 240, just tinker.

Are you sure about that? I thought it was closer to like 12, 17 seems realy high, my celica had a 15.9 gallon tank. Thanks for the info.

I've got the Repair manual right next to me. I think my tank can hold up to 12gallons, being as i do have a huge dent on the tank. Stupid curbs.

google will tell you 15.9 for s13 that i've seen.
17.2 for s14.

15.9, if you fill up rite when you hit Empty...youll get like 12.* gal...we have a 2 gal reserve

ive heard 15 also , well 14 and 7/8 but its almost 15

15.9 gallon for S13... same capacity with the Altima.... perhaps same tank...

it not hard. the hardest part is removing the oil pan to remove your oil pump.

My chiltons says its a 16.0 from the 93-98. Uh these are for the USDM models. Canadian and Japanese models are different i think.
My 96 owners manual says it's a 17.7 gal tank. My 91 says it's a 15.9 gal tank.
Stange how they've got different numbers.
