You're saying that you've seen one as a factory option?
Why would u want a factory RHD gauge pod?

I could be wrong, but I'm 99% sure even if there WAS an A-pillar pod mount, it would definitely not be more than 1 gauge (if it were OEM).

U sure it wasn't an Autometer/HKS/Omori pod?

No no no, its not that its a factory option, rather an entire pillar which replaces the factory pillar. that way you dont have to drill holes into the existing one and what not. i saw one on ebay once. i have also seen the JDM (rhd) pillars, but since this is the US and we do lhd, it wont suit my needs... does autometer/hks/omori carry full pillars?

ah okay, misunderstood.
and no, I've not seen any of those manufacturers make a full replacement pillar.

Why is it important to replace the whole thing? When done right, the autometer pods blend in almost perfectly... exposed screws only show if u use them ;) I just used servo tape (foam-rubber based double stick tape, instead of standard foam 2x stick tape... servo tape is also black, a big plus :) All it takes is a little time and care, and u can make any of the other brand pods blend in.

Glass it in and you'll never know it wasn't OE.

only reason it would matter is cuz i like keeping very clean installs even tho my car is looking like $#!+ right now... but yea, i guess i must do i must and buy those things and install em on my OEM pillars! lol

Hmmm, "Clean Install", but you want to your guages to stick out where everyone can see them? Sounds like a contradiction to me. Oh well, it's your car, have fun with it. I just prefer a more stealth approach, personally. To each his own.

*edit* Oh wait nevermind, I just remembered. You're building the show car on 19's. In that case, :jerkit: have fun wasting your money destroying a car for other peoples enjoyment/approval. :barf: I build my car for me, not for car show judges. I have no one I need to impress.

maybe a show car but not on 19s lol. i wanted to know how it looked because if 18s didnt fill the gap in the wheel well then 19s would but it looks like a clown car. and when i say clean install i dont mean i wanna hide my gauges away, i just want the entire pillar to be one piece. but whoa im sorry for askin questions :bowrofl:

btw its not built for show judges, it IS built for me. speed style and sound make a car for me, and that is what im doing

who cares if you have one exposed screw? if your interior is black no one will ever see it.

if you're asking these kinds of questions this early in the game i'm lead to believe that you're already on a losing streak.
