Hey
What else is there when you install an underdrive pulley?
I mean do you need anymore parts?
or does bolt straight on to the shaft.
and how much of a difference will I feel
any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Of course you will need new belts. You might want to replace your front mail oil seal and thermostat while you're at it. But you shouldn't need any parts besides the pulley. I havn't installed my pulley yet because I'm not convinced that it is safe for my engine so I can't tell you what kind of a difference it will make. Others say it makes the engine rev quicker, etc.

Yeah basically different sized belts. Probably wouldn't be a bad diea to replace that front main seal while you have everything out.

Yeah, I've read that aftermarket pulleys are not balanced for the KA engine. Something about being unbalanced causes the crankshaft bearings to fail. Also SCC magazine tested a lightweight pulley, and failed to notice any improvement.
Me? I'm not taking a chance. I rather put my money in a set of headers.
