I'm picking up a 93 240sx over the weekend, thing is the car has 180K miles. I was wondering what kind of maintance I should do, to the car when I get it to keep it running. And what kind of problems I might have to look for in the future as mileage gets higher.

180k isnt alot for a KA they last along time..just take care of it...
basics that should be done when you buy a car
-Oil
-spark plugs, cap, rotor,wires
-check all belts
-Trans fluid
-brakes (check and replace if needed)
-comom problem valve cover gasket/oil pan
-Check/replace coolant
Thats all the things i could think about...ill post if i remeber anymore
And i think this might belong under tech..Mods will prob move it..

when i got my car i had a very clean engine sitting in the middle of an oil covered engine bay. i have yet to see an S13 that didn't have oil all over EVERYTHING.

The is nothing different about a KA from any other motor. You get the sh*t its regular maintanence(sp?) head over to phase2 and look under gallery *click* under KA build up. they give you a basic rundown of what to do to refreshen the motor and basic mods. "SEARCH" button works wonders.
