Anyone know wut kind of rim this is?

I got these from my cousin and i plan on selling them. But i don't know wut brand it is, even though it says "Racing Hart" on them. Some of my friends say it isn't Racing Harts and look like something else. I've done some research and it somewhat resembles the "Speedy Wheel Racing Fear". Tell me wut u think..Thanks!

Look at the back of the wheel.. you might be able to find a label or engraving. I wouldn't expect much from those wheels.

thos are racing hart tuners... ooooollld schoool... i had it on my old hatchback...it had the same stickers and everything. mines were 16x8 all the way around +28 offset.
