s14 Kouki Front Conversion

Been looking for a 97-98 240 in my area but they are priced all over KBB value so I want to get one with the zenki lights and do a conversion.

Would I just need the hood, fenders, front bumper and lights? (maybe I need the 97-98 bumper support?)

any modifications need to be done?
