Nissan 240SX Good deal?

I was wondering if this 1995 Nissan 240SX SE for $5,450 is a good deal. The Carfax report (thanks to lauren) checks out. I am just asking becuase this is a lower price than I am used to seeing when looking for 240s. Here is the link:

Well, i always thought that a 95 SE was possible for $5000 if they have alot of milege. I've came across several when i was searching for my car, but they had around 135K miles. Well I'd say it might be a good deal, but I'm suspicious that a dealer would sell it that low.... Anyways, if you have seen the car and u think it's ok, then yeah, buy it. that seems like the right price for that year.....body looks good in the picture, but you can't really go off that.
