You could buy a completely built engine from phat-kat.com.

And it seems that you didn't happen upon enough cash to buy you common sense to search fot what you seek, or at least notice the thread stickied in tech:

... maybe you want to be spoonfed all of your information, but unfortunately that would be less tangible help than you might think it is, happy searching

fine let me rephrase the question. what brands would any of you personally recommend from experience for the replacement of engine internals, including everything. this is for a ka24det looking for 250ish rwhp.

Okay, let me rephrase this:
READ THE FUCKING THREAD!!!
that thread is a discussion of what parts, including brands and at times sources for those brands and details... Hell, sometimes pictures. Get off of your lazy 18 year old ass and do some fucking research

for that power range stock internals is fine... stock internal KA maxed out at 450 before it bent a rod.. there's a thread about it from a while back.. spend the money on better things.. shot peen the rods if it makes you feel better.. but just replace seals and rings (factory) and get your block balanced

thanks for tha info. and i did read the sticky thread and it had great info on turbo setup and the need for high flow fuel pumps, not the internals of the engine. i've been reading tha posts in this forum for a while and you guys seem to know an assload of info. being as such i figured you would have some info on what works and what doesn't. im not trying to be a nooB an have you tell me everything, i just wanted some insight on the manufacturers that actually make decent products so as not to be dissapointed. and i didn't come off as hostile so theres no need to start yelling about everything. not tryin to piss anyone off here just looking for some recommendations thats all. thanks anyway

Like Neme said, you don't need to really do anything to the internals for that power level assuming that everything is fine at present. With proper tuning it will hold that power EASY for daily driving.

From bad to worse. In the future please keep the Tech questions in the Tech Section, and don't re-ask questions. Thank You.
