Rears will fit fine.
Fronts may rub the strut.
Check a Mustang forum if you want the offset.

they should fit fine, the recent mustang GT rims are 17x8 with a 32 offset, you should be ok

ya i have 235/40/17,s up front now , but that is on a enkie rsv 35 offset 17x7 , and it is damn close . think the fact that the mustang wheel is 17x8 will make a difference with that situation ?

^^well then a 17x8 with a 32 offset and bigger rubber would rub. Get a 15mm spacer and you'll be set.

I've got 17x8.5 +25 up front with a 245/40/17 and mine does not rub at all. I can turn the wheel all the way both ways with no problems.

Here's 245/40/ZR17 17x8 +32 (up front only) on an S14 :) fits fine.

you'll be fine bro, i'm running 98 Mustang Cobra rims on my s14 (17x8 +30) with 245-45 up front and 255-45 in the rear, and they both fit fine with no spacers or anything.
