well it comes with the alt.and some pumps, but i had a stand alone on it so i dont have a harness, ecu or ignitor cause the stand alone didnt us any of that, i do have a video now that u mention it, i could email it to you caue i dont know how to host a video thanks man let me know, yes it still runs

You won't get an $8 dollar charge if it was a refund. I have been dealing with paypal since 2001.

However, if the seller sent you the money back as another payment then that is simply the incorrect way of refunding payment. Now you should click on that incorrect refund payment and give the seller back his money. And seller now should refund the money the CORRECT way.

THe correct way: Seller, log on to paypal account, click on the transaction detail for that specific transaction. Look for the refund button, and click on that refund and follow through. The buyer won't get 1 penny less than what they have sent. All money is refunded and even the paypal fee. It is as if nothing have happened

Case closed. Everyone is happy.

If you read the policy, all transaction have 1 month of refund period without been charged with paypal fee. After one month, seller's only way of refund is to send another payment. And usually, by then seller should refund the money through using checks.
