help! what are silk road coilovers damping setting at normally?

anyone with silkroad coilovers normal damping settings at usually for a S14? Anyone have any idea? i just put mine on yesterday =) pretty nice! but yeah if anyone can help id appreciate it!

If they are adjustable, set them to whatever you like, Its kinda self explanatory. Or are you asking what everybody sets them to?

I started with #5 setting front & rear...pretty hard for city streets. set on #4 fronts & 3 for the rears good feel.
