Current mods are:
PK turbo kit with PK GT-35 turbo (non bb, E cover, T3 5 bolt, .63 A/R)
PK intercooler rated to 400 HP, 2.25" hot side 2.5 cold side
PK fuel system with 95lb injector / ballast resistor upgrade, second in tank pump upgrade.
AEM EMS with speed density conversion kit (no MAF)
PK turbo motor (Arais pistons, Clevite bearings, Crower rods, Cometic gasket, ARP head and main studs [heads upgraded to 11mm] Crower valve springs and retainers, and Crower V2 cams)

The run was made with VP C16 racing fuel at slightly over 30 lbs of boost (I dont know the amount because the boost gauge and MAP sensor max out there)

Something is holding back the power for the last 2000 rpms. Lower boost runs showed a signifigant increas in power with the new Crower V2 cams that wasnt there on higher boost pulls. When I get rid of the cork in the system, this motor is going to come alive and probably shock some people :)

I need to get some dyno sheets scanned and I will be posting about the Crower V2 cam test and the awesome results we got.

Ivan, I've only been able to find the advertised durations on the crower cams. do you have the specs on all of them? Or a link to a site that does have the specs? thanks man.

You said it yourself. The IC is rated for 400hp and it's too small. So what are you gonna replace it with?

Ivan, I've only been able to find the advertised durations on the crower cams. do you have the specs on all of them? Or a link to a site that does have the specs? thanks man.

Here is the deal with the cams. I have the only sets of Crower cams for the KA ever produced. I have two sets of the original Stage II Turbo cams (V1) which were dyno tested by me and we found NO gains at all despite the HUGE lift increase. After talking to Brian and Dustin at Crower, they asked me if I would try a different grind. These are the cams we dynoed this time (V2). I am working on a write up on the new cams as they did exactly what we were hoping they would. We gained 19 peak HP and 27 HP at red line. Peak TQ moved from 4600 to 5200 and stayed a LOT flatter. The major difference in these cams is in duration and lobe seperation (lift is closer to stock) After seeing the results for these cams, and talking to Brian and Dustin, these cams are going to be offered as the Stage II turbo cams. I am going to be recieving another grind this week to test out with duration and seperation near the V2 cams but lift closer to the V1 cams. These will be refered to by me as V3 cams. Dyno tests on these cams coming soon.

Get an intercooler sprayer too, I'd like to see how that helps with heat soak.

Ivan, Good to hear. Glad they're getting better. I'm kind of confused tho cause Enjuku has them listed on their site. Any idea how that could be so?

Also, do they have any plans to make an agressive N/A cam set?

Enjuku just listed some of the information from the Crower import catalog. The cam profiles listed in the catalog and on Enjuku's site are not accurate. The cam card I got with the first two sets of cams I recieved from Crower didnt match the specs in the catalog. Crower unfortunatly did not test any of these cams and just listed profiles of grinds they thought might work. Some of the lifts stated in the catalog would even hit the cam bucket bore so they couldnt possibly work in a KA. List price on the Crower cams is $438.00 not $479 as listed on Enjuku's site.

Dustin at Crower asked me yesterday if I thought there was a need for NA cams and I told him that I thought there was more of a call for turbo cams. I am sure they would still produce them, I just dont believe that they will be tested prior to going out. Unless I have a customer that is interested, I probably wont be spending time testing any of the NA cams.

I think anything is possible with an na setup its just the r&d that goes into it. hell look at bisierizhola, 1.5 lite crx doing 10.5's why couldn't a big ol ka24 do that... I think turbo is just more fun than all motor hence the demand.
