I be getting my Hot shot header for 97 240 meybe some time this week. Do you guys know any header installation link that I can looked at? I hate to put in the shop(cause dont have enough money left from tax return) <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> How hard is it since I am your average not know mechanic kind of guy.

A header should be a pretty easy install... You should probably grab a torque wrench (handy to have and doesn't cost much anyway) I'm not sure what the torque specs are for headers... maybe someone else can throw that info in.
Other than that, It's just that you'll need to take some time and get them fit down in there.

The bolts to your catback might be a pain also.... rusty stuff sucks

Oooh.. forgot about that. Might want to have a heat gun/blowtorch on hand to heat up the nuts.

teah, and be careful with the Studs on the Head that hold on the manifold. If they see a lot of heat changes and get really stressed. If you break one of them off, its a REAL bitch to fix. Get out the Tap, and thread kit.
