What is a good offset range to go with on 16x7 inch wheels?  From what mm to what mm?  Thanks a lot.

jeez...how impatient!  Like you need to know an offset in the middle of the night.
A wheel that narrow will work with a pretty large range of offsets...like +45 to +30.
